I wrote this song to express my desire to have a new perspective on life after finding myself becoming negative and cynical from focusing on the disappointments I experienced along the way. It's a sort of kick myself in the pants type of thing to inspire me to seek out the silver lining that surrounds each and every cloud when you just take the time to look for it.
Starting with an idea and a sentiment for change, New Perspective has become a life creed for me as I move further down the road. A new way of thinking if you will, more of the positive and less of the negative.
This song, for me, was the beginning of change that has led me to so many creative and positive things ever since. Plus it Rocks! :~)
